the sprinkler is by simslice and i got it from the booty (simslice-ts2gardnsprinkler.zip)! i don't think sims can autonomously use it, tiara got rly low in hygiene but just kept whining at me until i specifically directed her to use the sprinkler. so idk if that will be a problem for you but it wasn't covered in the readme that comes with the file so i thought i'd mention it!
