quick upload!
Apr. 9th, 2024 01:11 pmGot an anon ask abt alien skins and I recently made a couple new blends for yellow gen that I haven't release yet but wanted to link to those in the post, so here's a very quick/underwhelming upload. No in-game shots cuz all the ones I have are from future Cakebread entries.

Left: Furbyq/Lilith Peachy blend, with bits from Ephemera, Ren, SixFootBlue, Jessi-dot and Navetsea. (Geneticized at 0.045.)
Right: Furbyq/Lilith Bloom blend, with bits from Ephemera, Ren, SixFootBlue and Enayla. (Geneticized at 0.24.)

Bloom Dark Gold Blend / (alt dl)
Remember, I geneticize my skins on a scale that does not match the Maxis default, because I feel like it favors lighter skintones too heavily, so I've shifted everything over a bit. If you want these skins to be more in line with the Maxis scale, or you want to geneticize them way at the end of the scale so that they don't pop up with human skins, you can edit the genetic values in SimPE. The scale is actually really big, I think you can geneticize skins up to 9.99 at least, so if you wanted to put all your alien skins far away from the human ones, you could do that. I used to, but I decided I'd rather just have them all mixed in together, since I'm phasing out a lot of human skins to make my game more alien-focused.
